Look at RE clasffieds in news paper : Lot of ads only for buying, very minimal for selling.

Owners of BDA layouts such a'pura, BSK, SMV are already seen huge returns as per current market value ( allotment rate is rs 170/sqft - now its Rs 2700 plus)

Thanks for your detailed blog but i have different opinion.

At time of aution - Whoever is participating in the auction will derive the Market value thru the consulting with RE agents.
Hence the auction price is expected to the same as equivalent to the market value or more.

Any update on Anjanpura 80 ft rd connecting to BG road.

as sale deed will be executed to allotee after 10 years by KHB and allotee will be under lease till that time.

But the current allotment is for 10 years of lease hence the allotee CAN NOT sell for 10 years
