Few days back i saw ads in weekly adMag for 20x30 BDA-sites from first allotees in this location for 18-19 lacs!

It is around 3000/-pst (MAX) for BDA site at BTM-IV stage. certainly not more than that. And for non-bda site around 2000/-pst.

IMHO somebody should be real crazy to buy such super inflated flats and that too in electronic city! Such flats which were inflated even at Rs 25-Lacs are insanely being marketed at over 40-lacs. (few months back same builder was quoting 2100 pst negotiable!)
