The betterment is collected for the full extent of land as was converted in the OM of the DC order. If not, wait for Akrama-Sakrama.

Occupancy Certificate is not required/issued for G+1 residential building constructed in 30feetX40feet, but construct as per the sanctioned plan to avoid issues. 5% of Deviation is permitted with penalty.
