@Rudra, thanks for the reply. I've booked 60X40 east facing site. Heard that there's KHB colony coming up adjacent to this layout.
I think the area around Dabaspet is already a industry hub with many idustries like Kirloskar, Armani etc.

Sites are quoted at 1000 psft at Rashi Gateway, Nelamangala. Only 30X50 and 60X40 sites are available. Connectivity from Bangalore is good. Layout is not fully formed yet. Is it worth investing?
