My understanding is :
Get the plan sanctioned for the full converted property , then apply for individual Khatas. Best to get Lawyers confirmation on this huge investment, otherwise it will take a very long time to get regularisation through Akrama - Sakrama , don't know when..

I was out of station for sometime and I wish if anyone can let me know whether the Government has passed any ruling about the Akrama Sakrama or is it still being challenged in court without a final outcome?
