tough wood brand plywood

[*] dear forum members, i have got a quotation for my interior plywood from tough wood dealer. 19mm MR grade Rs. 75 and BWR grade Rs. 90. I would like to have feed back about tough wood brand.

My granite laying person is charging for skerting laying charges Rs.22 and half nosing Rs.25. Total together Rs.47/RFT as a labour charge. Is it the right way to calculate or altogether Rs.25 /RFT is correct one?

Thanks rajeshkp. Even If we maintain 6 feet distance from column,footings may get damped due to water seepage. In future, Will it create any problem for building foundation?

Thank you KrishnaKumar. Whether is it possible avail top up loan before completion of the project? My bank Manager says, you can avail top up loan for interiors only after getting the project completion certificate from bank authorities. Is it true?
