i am also in a conflict condion ,,to go for ready made or custom built.
If custom built by carpenter it will be aroud 80thousand to 150thousand for 7*7*2 (just an rough estimate for example).If ready made 15-30k and life is 10-15 years, so i am also in need of experts advice on this forum ...

I enquired my contractor about current (as on 18th Aug2014) per sq.feet rates and he told me depending on specifications (Type of Tiles, Type of windows and +++++ etc etc ) min 1580 ---to max 2200.

The wood( i can say tiles) of laminated flooring type with maple colour , one box 20.93 sqft/ box cost around 60CAD(1CAd=55INR=3300inr) .
