I haven't got any provider yet and I have proceeded with the conventional plywood wardrobes.I found it a very good cheap alternative especially for rental houses were it has higher abuse resistance and cheaper to replace if permanently damaged .Do try to look for fabricators if you have time

Hi, is it possible you can consider to give ground floor for rental and make a duplex for yourself on first and second floor so you can make internal stairs and maximise space available .you may have to make steps to just first floor only .
