Do we still have problems with BHEL REMCO layout? I just visited a site in this area(Near Global village) the broker says there is BDA NOC,A Khatha and clear title.The problem is we cannot get the papers before giving token advance to check.So any help is highly appreciated.

I am planning to search for sites in and around Gyanbharathi.I came to know of this Kalyan Co operative housing society.Does anyone have an idea on how this society layout is? I mean leagally.Is this a BDA approved layout?.....any inputs highly appriciated:-)
