Excess Soil

I have excess soil available at my construction site. If anybody is interested can take that. You have to arrange a tractor guy who can carry the soil to your site.

What is the most efficient way to put roof muddy or make the terrace water proof? I have constructed ground floor of my house now and planning to shift but planning to construct 2 more floors after a year. So the muddy goes waste after a year. I am starting construction of the second floor of my house and am looking for a decent mason in Bannerghatta Road. If you have had a good experience with any mason please suggest his name and contact.
