External cladding for heat insulation

hi,
Are there possibilities of external wall cladding tiles offering insulation against heat? Our under construction house has a west facing facade which is exposed to the sun in the afternoons so looking at possibilities to reduce heat conduction.

hi, my contractor was of the opinion that honne shutters tend to give out a reddish color when rainwater falls on them.
He is suggesting getting the teak shutters painted instead of polished as the shine from the polish will not last long.
We are yet to make up our mind.
Any inputs from the group?

i have opted for this fourth option for all windows. my contractor mentioned this will cost about 30K in total more than the option 1.
