hey guys finally got river sand and the cost is very High than last time. For 12 wheeler I paid Rs 77000 after hefty bargain. I had also taken sand from same guy last time so he gave it for little less other wise he would not have given less than 80k.

As I said earlier the roofing was complete by 9 am on that day , and i went to the site again around 4pm to have a look at the roof, to my surprise i could see some hair line cracks at few places ...

I strongly feel the quotation you have got is very high. I have got a quotation of just Rs120(or Rs130, not sure bcz my sister takes care about this) for French beeding. Will let you know all rates as soon as I get her from office
