I came across a house near my home, where they have put 4-5 concrete ring and lets the water of terrace flow into it. Along with they they have used few few plumbing material to purify water.

Will you be having a common sump as well? Will make more sense actually to have common sump. You will save on cost and space as well. You can have 2 motors to pump the water up to your individual over head tanks. Issue will be sharing the electrical expenses for borewell motor. You can either share ...

At my place, we generally use white vinegar and a plastic scrub to clean the tiles. You can also mix some vinegar with washing soda to enhance the cleaning power.

Fence wire is the cheapest option available . It will cost you any where between 100 to 140 per rft depending up on quality of wire,no of rows,how deep the stone fixed , dist between 2 stones etc.
Other options of fencing works costly
