i still feel the rates quoted by borkers are just double the actual. i had been to society office and they say the rates in Bharath 4 th stage is just around 1500 or 1600 .. but if u speak to any of the borkers they tell not less than 2600 rs.
is there any genuine sellers in the forum ????

MS Ramaiah layout comes just besides V'nagar 4S, so people say Vijayanagar 4th stage though it is just next to it.and they will have approval from MUDA for farming private layout.
