The rates seems bit on higher side and make sure parapet , elevation work is included. You can negotiate for 24-25k.

Generally they will call gang man for footing and Moulding only and it will be part of contract.

The centering charge is reasonable.
I have given 26-28 Rs for roof centering but my barbending charges are based on Tonnes of steel + complexity of roof and number of curved beams...

For small work, the barbender will charge generally more. Even another barbender had quoted me Rs 18/sft for roof ...

Hi All,

I just got RCC sump done of 8 * 6 * 8 demension (Approx 8000 Lts).

They charged me 6K for Barbending and 6K for Centring alone .
In total i was charged 12k for these two.

Charges stated: 15 Rs/Feet for Bar bending and 22 Rs/Feet for Centering.

Can any body please tell me whether this ...

Yeah I'm going with 4 sqmm, and also I found out that its better to go for 3-phase instead of 1-phase as 1-phase motor will vibrate more and will bear the burnt of itseems.
