I came across a pre-launch on Hennur Road Purva - Palm Beach. Current rate for 2BR- 1234 sq ft is around 70L-80L inclusive everything. The project will complete 3 years from now. Any feedback on the location please? I am considering this as a investment property but not sure if it is worth so much. ...
