For all the new structures, plywood used should be water resistance. Moisture will be there on the walls and have to face fungus problems. If one can wait for a year or two, any cheaper wood can be used and will give same finishing.

It depends upon the location. These are quoted rates by one agent recently when my friend wanted to buy. Near 80ft road, it is of course 2500 rs/sft. Bit away where few house have come it is 2200rs/sft. Other places where no houses have come, rate is 1850 rs/sft.
