Last week I visited Navkar Garnite shop in Jigani, there were lot of options were available range from Rs 60 to 150/-, If you're looking granite for own house, i would say go for Rs.100/- range, really you get good material and color options. Sadarhalli Granite can be used for common area/stair case...

As of today I have decided to go with the AAC blocks. Just keep you all posted, it happen to check with other AAC Manufacturer RINACON http://renacon.in/renacon.php , from Tamil Nadu, seems like very good competitor for Siprox blocks. I am yet receive the price details from them. Did any heard about...

Good to hear advantages of AAC blocks over solid block cements.

1. Would you please message me structure engineer details, even we are planning to construct G+4 with semi basement with Siporex AAC or Ultratech Xtralite AAC blocks.
2. What is average cost for this construction.
