Re: BDA KEMPEGOWDA LAYOUT SECOND PHASE ASPIRANTS

I had applied for bda sites before and
It is 2 attempts now.
Now my daughter turned 18 years and I want to stop
apply in my name and start applying in my daughter's name and transfer my attempts to her name.
Can this be done?
If yes what is the procedure to do this?

Re: Spacing between Vitrified Tiles

Problem with joints in non water application area is maintenance. Usually people do wet wash with mob. This leads to deposit fine dust particle over the period of time. So paper joint would be better than 3 mm from maintenance view point.

Re: Spacing between Vitrified Tiles

That means,
Go only for A grade for non water application area
and go for paper joint.
In worst case if there is variation in sizes or tile is not A grade, even for living room go with 3 mm gap and go for grouting?

Re: Water sharing and metering with tenant

I also felt same way. It is unfair to share water bill equally. Each one have a feeling counter part consumes more. Like MSN said it is not easy to calculate actual consumption because of so many deciding factors. Currently my owner has separate meter and OHT for individual unit. No separate electri...

Re: Maintenance cahrges in the layout

Ideally speaking there should not be any maintenance charge at all. Since we are paying tax, the respective body should be held responsible. Worst case it is the actual expense divided by total area of sites multiplied by your plot area. Ex 34 sites in 2 acres requires 1 security person who takes ca...

Re: Anti-termite treatment solution.

How much deeper you need to dig the whole and what spacing? Do we need to apply both inside and out side of all walls?
