Suppliers are saying Cement price has been hiked 60 -80 rupees per bag from Last week. price is varying from supplier to supplier
kindly let me know the price of 53 grade which you have been sourcing recently for construction.

Usually most of JCB's will charge for minimum of three hours, only a few will come & work for hourly.
Manual excavation will be better, as labour will dig perfect rectangular or sqaure shape when compared with JCB, excavation on the edges will be difficult in JCB

BBMP plan approval usually has 3 charges

1) building plan approval charges
2) road cutting permission charges
3) KA state labour welfare fund charges
charges depends upon site dimension and construction area
