Your electric contractor should have knowledge and have to guide you on this. if you have not then consider consulting licensed contractor or engineer who can work with your requirement and guide you.

First get the design drawings ready so the BOQ can be as per the measurements as per drawing and then estimation according to your material specification will be best practice. if not though you confirm BOQ, BOQ itself will not be accurate and budget may change.

If these are existing tiles then and no leakage or any other problem, you can avoid epoxy grouting. if it is already epoxy gout done earlier and want to re do.... then first we need to remove this grout and then do fresh epoxy grouting. Also check that tiles are intact before planning for regrouting ...

Hi Ramki, based on the architect plan, please get structural plan done so that we will get to know the exact details and only based on that structure we need to estimate the budget, else you may face problem in future. Please check if this is just blind estimate or based on the structural plan?
