Hi Guys,

The first floor in my house which has terrace above gets really hot. For a new construction, I was thinking of following solutions

1. 4" false ceiling thruout

or

2. 2" pattis and false ceiling with glass wool stuffed in

Which would be better?

Any other suggestions both inside as well ...

From everything I read, AAC is supposed to be better with better strength, and better tolerances. However my architect is suggesting CLC as he says that AAC will not be very water proof for outside walls.

Opinions please?
