any idea what is the latest status of this project ?

I would offer 1800 rs/sqr feet.

I bought one site in choodasandra village behind Amrita collage(HOSA road) years back(2004-05). Later on i came to know that the site and the whole layout is revenue land. But i have a khata, which i am not sure what kind of Khata is that and if it is a valid one. Anybody know, if i can get this lan...

I think all sites are sold out. May be i can ask if any body want to resell it ?

Its a society site formed a by a group of poeple (for construct homes for themselves) and the layout is adjacent to DRDO layout in kuthaganahalli. If you click the link which i mentioned earlier, u will get the exact location of the layout(4 Km from sarjapura jn).

Hi All, Recently i visited a well devloped layout in kuthaganahalli village - (sarjapura hobli anekel thaluk) and i am planing to invest in 60*40 site for 590 sqr feet. Any idea about the running rate there in and around that place ? What would be appriciation in 3 years time ? Appriciate your guida...
