The original owner of our site was unable to pay the betterment charges. Can anybody confirm if BBMP is accepting Betterment charges and issuing the challan ? For planing what is the total area of your site and for how many kitchens your are looking for

Example if it is 1200 sqfeet plot then planning for one kitchen will cost you around 80K

For detail break up you need to go to nearest BBMP office

Dont worry he cant go to BBMP as he has not left setbacks and he will be on risk if he goes to BBMP

Keep going if he disturbs you much please go to BBMP office and seek their help
