Loans are available for all properties and all banks since it is by B.D.A .

The price was 1800 sqft.(plus brokerage and registration)
I registered in Jan and now I am getting an offer of 2200 p.sqft.(30X40 ft)

I was astonished to visit the layout and see that development is minimum whereas the brokers are quoting a very unreasonable rate for sites.I would be happpy to deal directly with a owner for a 30*40 site.
