I am told by Duo that Registration will happen at Jayanagar Sub Registrar Office.
Is it based on the Survey Numbers and under which Village they fall ?
Mine comes under Begur Village .
So LIC Lawyer will not come for registration and hand over the cheques there is it ?

I Think once we have the NOC from IDBI, in our hands for individual sites, I think we are completely safe. If after giving NOC , still IDBI goes for auction of those sites, then I think it is legally wrong. I spoke to mr.Viswanathan couple of months back, and he todl that once they Issue NOC they do...

Hi Shabini, I didnot get you. I thought once registration of site is done, and we have Khatha we can go ahead with construction. Is this not the rule ? why should we wait for the release of the 40% sites ? ours is released right , so we should be able to go ahead with construction. Please Clarify .....
