Hi, What is the current reasonable rate for BDA site in JP Nagar 9th phase 2nd block (near Tippu sultan circle, area name is Avalahalli). We have zeroed down on a site just parallel to main road, facing BDA park. Rate quoted by agent is Rs.2100/sq.ft. Is this reasonable? He is not ready to negotiate...
