Most of the category 1 steels are good enough for residential houses. I have chosen Turbo steel over JSW neo given the rate and quality. Many higher priced steels are expensive due to transportation cost.

M-Sand: 58 /cft
River Sand: 25k for good one 320 cft

Great Input. One question though. How the cost is calculated for Labour contract. For eg. If the living room is of double height, does the roof area is calculated twice or once (in G+1) for arriving at total cost? The prevalent way I think is based on chadra but my confusion is with this kind of ...
