@madhuban : The developers are selling the plots in the 3rd phase. They are quoting 2400Rs/sq.ft. They are selling villas also. i think the price will be around 1.44 crores.
Ifyou want buy, you may need to check for resale plots. i recently took one resale plot. It was through agent.

I think they are quoting now Rs1000. initial offer was Rs950. for corner sites 10% more. Mine is north east corner site,15% premium.

It is around 7000Rs on wards depending on the location. This is rough price as seen from paper advertisements.

I stay in RPC layout in rented house close to swimming pool.
