Even my building plan is like Gautam's . West facing 30 x40 site. Initially had plans for complete silt later decided to have a room .

The total but up area comes around 3100 sqft with 2 feet setback on all 4 sides .

The construction commenced last Sunday, we did a bhoomi Pooja and the they started digging. The site was filled with 4 feet of mud few years back.

There are 12 pillars and the depth for the footings will be 7 feet. There will be a soul testing done and if the soil is hard enough we will go ahead ...

I just walked in to the panchayat office, the person in charge there asked me how many floors I am constructing. I informed him that it is a g+2 and that the ground floor will be entirely for parking. He did not even look at the plan ...

Update on the progress. I got the blueprint of the plan. I will be going to the panchayat office to get the approval.

Got the phani and costed 1500 from 1980 till date.

A quick update on the progress. I met the bank guy again gave all documents required. Getting the loan from CanFin ROI @ 8.50%.

I only had EC until 2007, so went to guy who I know in Peenya registrar's office and applied for EC from 2006-2007. Cost Rs 500, I will be getting the EC today ...
