Re: FRP Water Sump or RCC for Rain water harvesting

If you choose FRP, be mindful of the base. It has to have a smooth base and no protrusions or sharp objects. The pressure on the tank would be enormous and a small sharp object will cause leakage and crack. Also keep in mind that when cleaning the sump tank, the labourers will have to be gentle and ...

Re: Plan To Start Construction

7.5 lacs is too much. You need to plan around for a few architects. I met atleast 6-7 architects before I selected the one who I found agreable.

Apologies for the late reply. I was on travel. Regarding betterment charges, we paid via the agent Vinod. The previous owner had not paid the betterment charge.

Re: What is right M20 or M25 concrete for structure for G + 1 ?

Longer curing time exposes the structure to the environment and temperature variables. The structure will settle down and will reduce the number of cracks. I was advised every structure has to see all three seasons before starting with the plastering.

Re: What is right M20 or M25 concrete for structure for G + 1 ?

M20 is the standard. But I have used M25 because I want structural integrity, longer curing time and also architect recommended that M25 ensures that building will not age and lose it looks over a period of time. I am using riversand, cement 43 grade. Bit expensive but worth it.
