I am interested in investing in BDA approved plots/layouts.
I visited the new project by Reliaable Developers named Dollar's Colony near Sarjapur.

They are quoting 3700/- per sqft. I think this is slightly high and would like to know opinions.
What is the actual price for these sites ...
