(2) is better. Scrape wall a bit, add Dr Fixit and plaster it. It will be long lasting

If it is teak, it could be an issue..

But from a looks perspective, it is not a big deal. You can fill it with wood filler (mara vajra) etc and give two coats of polish + epoxy and it will look wonderful

Have seen a few. It looks fabulous. As it is relatively new in India it is hard to say the quality of durability of the products offered.

Of course it is expensive, it is about 400rs sft or more. There are other cheaper options such as PVC printed panels (good for walls)

Nope .. AAC doesn't absorb much water. it is more water proof and sound proof compared to normal blocks

Would suggest to go with Fiber Cement board or UPVC boards. They are more durable than ply
