Check Ghilbi pink / Ghilbi Gold also called Shivakasi Pink / Shivakasi Gold.

IMHO Gold is costlier than Pink.

Re: Plumbing Advice needed

How about raising the floor by 6 inches. Will that help? Bad idea leaks will be difficult to detect and fix. You will need to break floor for diagnosis. Believe me or not leaks do occur as maids use acids etc to clean and joint cements give way. Also remember if you are fixing floor tiles it is hig...

At the top of ledge you can place black granite. You might have seen this in office toilets or toilets with concealed ...

What is right M20 or M25 concrete for structure for G + 1 ?

Hi,

I am planning basement GF and FF and want to give full contract. In some of quotes the specification says M20 Concrete for pillars and slab. Can some one please guide what is standard concrete used in residential construction. Is it M20 or M25 ?

Regards

Re: Need help on cost of construction

Not 80 L but my estimate was 60 L max. If you can control costs carefully in fact it could be original amount 54 L. If you don't give turnkey contract then there are several ways to cut costs by which you can further save 10-15% The price which contractor quotes is for basic finish civil work as I d...
