water sump may cost anything between 13 rs (brick) to 22 rs (concrete) per liter. However going by your requirements and with my experience with concrete tank go with FRP sump tank ( syntex or any other brand). It is leakproof so no headach of waterproofing, reusable so you can sell off after 5 year...

Ground floor is costliest floor if you keep the plinth area smaller and reduce cost of ground floor and going for additional space on first floor it may work out within the same budget.

In my opinion don't go for it. Instead grabage composting is much better.

1. These garbage disposal units pulverize organic waste from kitchen and flush it in the drain Increasing load on sewage system , water needs Nd maintenance required.

I need contacts of exposed wirecut clay brick suppliers.
I have contacted REB Industries from net and asked them for samples.

If you know any other supplier who provides good quality facing bricks please let me know.
