Could some one please share the BSSWB/BESCOM and other charges required to be paid while buying a new apartment in Bangalore? Basically i am looking at all the charges to be paid other than basic flat cost and parking.

on my visit to site, i saw that the lower floors was tiled. Since i visited it one Sunday i was told that they are off so there are no workers. Additionaly the structure is almost ready and only finishing is pending.
