Not to the best of my knowledge. I will try to go there tomorrow or day after, and let you know.

Re: how safe is buying property from muslim owner?

Mr Deshpande - The original post said "that it may not be litigated in future? " There was nothing ambiguous about it. So please temper your remarks.
ravi414 - Please consult a lawyer.

Re: how safe is buying property from muslim owner?

The original post was not dis-respectful, and the concerns are quite valid. The laws are not the same - be it Hindu Undivided Family or Muslims or lands allotted under special categories etc . Please consult a real estate lawyer of repute.

This is not impractical for sa...

Re: Aashrithaa Properties

What you pay is what you get. Beware of very cheap properties in remote corners around Bangalore. Personally I wouldn't buy anything other than BDA or from tier A builders.

Re: Cost of plot @ Nobel Residency

Prakash - Here are a few advantages of BDA 1) Anjanapura BDA further extension and JP 9th phase are about 2 km from BG road. 2) With BDA, you can easily get a clean A khata and find the history of the property. The risks associated with BDA properties are far far less. 3) BDA properties typically de...

Re: Rates in Anjanapura 9th block

Rates have been fluctuating between 3500-5000, depending on location. Investing and living in a BDA plot is far better than living in private layouts.

Re: Site wanted in Anjanapura

anandram - How do you know the rates are Rs 4700 to Rs 5000 ?

vishwas_bda -

Asking prices range from 3500 to 4700, and you should be able to close the deal towards 3 to 3.5K if you can do an immediate cash deal. Having said that Anjanapura is not that big and there aren't many genuine sellers.
