my plumber had asked for Endorsement original while applying for BWSSB connections. I also heard that building photo should be with whitewash.
But electrical (KEB) connection, electrician did not take Endorsement at all., so it seems there is flexibility for KEB atleast.

I finally did not go with Nirmal, as he increase the per sft rate after looking at detailed order, without convincing reason.

I finally got this done from local BBMP office....some of you who got plan sanctioned recently and also paid for road cutting still need to get the "Endorsement" letters from BBMP AEE.

I have a small foyer on ground floor and living etc on first floor only, so need remote control to open the door from inside (while I am at home) instead of climbing down from 1st/2nd/3rd floor esp when maid/cook come in.

Yes true confusing.
My contractor says his labour charges for Italian Marble (misnomer...actually from Oman) would be charged 65 per sft. (incl 7 coats) and chemical (epoxy) material charge around 20 p sft.
Where are normal Indian Marble he would have charged only 30 rs.
