Re: PAYING KHATA ONLINE

Hi
Its not possible to pay even if you have PID number assigned to you. B-Registered properties too have PID numbers. They are not linked with Khata.

Solomon

Re: Motor for sump. Which is the best one?

Hi Shashank yes, i did finalize on the motor for my sump. I contacted a plumber whom I trust and he suggested strongly to go for Suguna monobloc. I called up few shops in S.P Road to enquire about the rates. They quoted between 6.2K to 6.9K. I got one for 6.4 K near coffee Board itself. I realized t...

Re: Help required regarding Borewell issue

Dear tvsh,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately for me, re-boring is not an option since the house is already constructed. The space would be a great constraint. I am hoping for some alternate solution.

Re: Help required regarding Borewell issue

Dear Nivas, Thank you for your reply. By the looks for it, it appears that the Motor is a 'No-Go'. But still i will have it checked once. Regarding the bore well, I went for the weighted hammering type, they tried doing it by tying a very heavy rod weighing about 80 kilos pulled by a steel wire atta...

Help required regarding Borewell issue

Hello All, I have a borewell that is dug 264 feet in depth. The yield was a total of 3.1/2 inches water from two sources. At 200 feet, the immersible pump was placed. The casing pipe is at 75 feet. There were no issues for the past 13 years. Recently, my neighbouring site owner dug a new borewell fo...

Re: Motor for sump. Which is the best one?

Hello I am looking for a good, reliable pump for pumping water from sump to the overhead tank (may be 40-50 ft high). I am very confused with which brand to go. My plumber quoted 8K for Suguna which is not a submersible pump. Since my sump capacity is only 4500 lts, I didnt want to opt for submersib...

Constructing sump in old building

Hello All, I purchased a house recently and the previous owner built the house without water storage sump since the yield from the borewell was good. The pump auto-pumps the water to the overhead 4000 Ltr tank and hence the two-storey house is self-sufficient regarding the water is concerned. The st...
