Other projects in similar pricing is DSR Greenfields. it is 2.5 km from forum value mall. marketing guy quoted today 2550 when i called. he was ok to give for 2500 /- psft.

I had a visit to the site today. I was told by the marketing guy that it will start in December, 2011. current price seems to be 3700/- per sqft. I think it is worth the investment because of its location and plan. but for me it is above budget, so would not think about it.
