To my understanding, KLE college is in 6th Block - Near Upkar Layout / Ullal Lake.

SMVSITEOWNER : I guess you are referring to the current year i.e FY 2016 - 17. For the year 2015- 16, I did receive the property tax challan some time during June 2015. For the current FY 2016 -17 , I am yet to receive the same.

You are right. The tax challans usually despatched during the month of June. But this year I have not received it till date.

I did visit this place about 1.5 years ago. I did see a few completed buildings / houses and a few under construction.

I do not reside. I am planning to construct in the coming years. It also depends upon the position BDA takes on vacant sites
