I am also planned to buy site in Tulips. After reading this posts I am really scared to buy. Anyone please suggest me 100% BMRDA approved sites near Old Madras road. For me travel time should't be more than 40 Mins from ITPL.

I came to know that many layouts situated arround Old Madras road are not BMRDA approved. But they sale sites by saying layout is are approved by BMRDA. I m really tryied of searching a real BMRDA approved layout in Old Madras road. Please help me.
