Land owner share Site is allotted by BDA to the erstwhile Land owners in return for their Land surrendered to BDA.
Consider it as a re-sale plot and Documents will be same as BDA site.

GST is only for the under construction projects, similar to erstwhile Service Tax.

Not applicable for resale/ready to move projects. Only Registration Cost.
