Hi SC, Quartz sinks can be used for utility and i suggest to go for light color than dark as the color fading will happen in case of direct sunlight exposure. Hi Srininvas, Plan approvals for residential are given by BBMP , even though its BDA plot bbmp is the one that can give plan approvals.
