Re: Group Buying of Plot/Multistorey Home in Bangalore South

Sorry guys, I was travelling and couldn't reply earlier. I'm unsure whether I'll be back by this weekend, but in case if I can, I will attend the meet up and would prefer HSR BDA complex

I don't think you can cover only the last 50 feet. You may have to cover the entire bore well with PVC pipe as like the silt pipes.

Re: Which is best option for slabs in wardrobe?

Apart from the material charges, you should also check out the labour expenses. I guess out of the three options, concrete slabs will work out to be the cheapest. I heard that plywood + carpenter charges would work close to 900 Rs per sqft. Isn't that so ?

Re: Internal/External plastering

Pradeep - 53 grade OPC is not advisable for internal plastering as the setting time for this grade of cement is very very less. PPC is the ideal grade of cement for internal plastering and PPC/43 for exterior plastering.

Re: Grill vs Hexagon rods for Windows

Not true. Hexagon rods are comparatively safer than grill windows. Depends upon the thickness of the rod one has chosen. Moreover, grill windows are fitted to the window frames only at 4 places whereas each of the rods are fitted into the window frame. Breaking hexagon rods is definitely a possibili...
