Re: Can i buy a site under Due associates at hosa road

Guys

If you guys are expecting anything to happen from Duo- forget it. Duo is bankrupt and almost all their properties are under liquidation. Plan for alternate options like forming an association and doing the work yourself. If you have not registered the sites, consider getting a refund if you can.

Re: Tulip garden review

Hi

Wanted to know the current rates in Tulip Garden? I see ads for 2500 rs per sft. Are they for real? Also is it good to invest with a 5 year horizon?

Any inputs will be appreciated.

Regards

Re: How to control Midman in Property Sale??

mybdaprop Your comments are quite informative. Let me add some more points As a buyer 1) Never be in a hurry. A Real estate investment is a high value transaction. You need a minimum of 2 months to complete the transaction. 2) Take 10-15 days only for due diligence. Take a copy of original registere...

Re: Can i buy a site under Due associates at hosa road

It is best to avoid this developer. He is bankrupt and all his assets and land holdings have been possessed by the banks and are being auctioned. So not only are his assets in trouble but any further development/maintenance of his layouts is also in question. Better to be safe than sorry.

Re: Purchasing plot without old sale deed document

While the non availability of old sale deed can be overridden, the issue out here seems to be more complex. If the EC is not showing the current owner's name (from whom you are buying) that means the change of seller from the previous seller has not occurred. That itself is a risk. Again you have no...

Re: BIAPPA approved PLots

Mithun

What is so special about the area. I had been there a few days ago.. there is nothing happening there compared to the main highway/entry to the airport. Are the rates justified? What are the future developments in the area? Am planning to invest if the outlook looks good.
