I have recently paid the BDA property tax online and after payment receipt is generated with a challan number. if you have the challan number then you can search the same from BDA website. The message after payment will be as

"The Property Tax for the Challan Number xxxxxx has been Paid ...

it is observed on the inner portions and no cracks found both on external and inner walls. This is 9 months old building and have not observed in first floor. So want to know is this common in newly built house in Bangalore or due to any other reason.

from last 3 months we are observing fungus on the walls in the ground floor of our house. can we have any precautionary measures to avoid this? is there any kind of paint which avoids this?

I own a house at Anjanapura 11th block Further extension. There are lot of houses constructed in that area and still roads are not done, still expecting metro water and drainage system.
