I was informed that the expected rates could be ranging from 2300 to 2800. But it varies on the location etc. Mostly 2 nd block is on the wrong side on Nice road and the valuation is lower compared to the rest of the layout.

@raghavan : there is an approach road. I did travel on this road towards 2nd block, however at a lake there is a huge hump. And you need an SUV to travel over this hump by 4 wheeler. So I had to return back via the main layout and pass under the Nice road underpass. But again this will be corrected ...

@ragh_avan : An agent said prices in 2nd block were in the range of 2300 to 2800, these sites were on the other ide of Nice road. Surely not a typo.
