I had been there on the prelaunch day i.e., on saturday the price was 5499/sft. On Sunday the prices shoot upto 5799/sft. The scheduled launch is somewhere in the month of october-november this year, not sure whoat would be the prices by then .

One thing I have failed to understand is how are these sellers so immune to the current running rates in the area where they own a site. Like for example in Banashankari 6th stage. There is so much of broker mafia this particular area. How can a seller make an agreement with the broker for ~2800 rs ...

Even I felt the rates are on the higher side... But looking from a buyers perspective, what value addition does it have for me to pay 975/sqft now and wait for 3 years(minimum) for registration? I see that there are plots available for immediate registration in the same locality for resale at 1000-1...
