What does the rule book say for every step of the way during this process.

I could not get a stamp on the acknowledgement receipt as they were citing some "rules."

This is purely an academic question:
Once BDA issues absolute sale deed, can it cancel / revoke it after 10 years on the grounds that the applicant had falsified information in the application form?
