As an honest reply, it is extremely difficult to get direct owner, hence you need to contact many brokers/resellers........

It took me around 6 months to finally buy a BDA site at J.P nagar after meeting many brokers/resellers...

I am the registered owner of this site, Can I buy another 30 x40 BDA site in Jp nagar/Kanakapura road etc in my name ??.

Is there any rule that a person can own only one BDA Site ?

I have checked this layout in month of June 2012, broker quoted 36 lakhs for 30*40 site. I don't know what price the sites are running now.
